Nick was really knowledgeable. knew what the issue was straight away over the phone. he attended to check what was needed and clearly told me the details and confirmed the quote. very friendly guy and local to the area. fixed everything as stated and went above and beyond to sort the door. would definitely use again. highly recommend!

Super speedy to arrive and assist us, explained in such great detail the answers to any questions we had about the door and why it wasn't working. very professional, fair, honest and an all round top knowledgeable bloke. i'll always have him saved in the phone book just in case!

My daughter rang dr lock after her back door became stuck locked. she had spoken with other firms who gave very vague prices, but nick was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and give a price. nick and his apprentice arrived promptly and fixed the problem. nick advised my daughter on a better lock, at her request and without being at all pushy. all in all excellent professional service at a great price. my daughter very highly recommends dr lock and we will be booking ourselves in soon for a job we need doing!

Can't recommend the dr lock training course enough. nick's knowledge is second to none and he has a fantastic ability to get the training across in a way that's easy to understand. the course allows you to learn in the workshop and out on the road, providing a real life insight to life as a locksmith. his course has given me the confidence and expertise to start my locksmith journey and i'd highly recommend this course to anyone beginning their locksmith journey too.
