I saw leo for a postnatal massage, 4 weeks after delivery. i cannot recommend her enough, she very knowledgeable and the massage was a godsend - she focused on all the right places - places i didn’t even realise needed work, and i certainly felt 110% better after it. i’ll definitely be returning for further treatments. another great thing was that leo took the time to research specific information for me and sign posted me to it. i was also able to take my newborn along with me and breastfeed with no interruption to massage. leo is very approachable, supportive and empathetic. thank you very much leo 😊

Leo offers a very professional service in a private, warm room. i tend to have sports massage with some physio and stretching but she also offers hot stone massage and relaxation massage. she will tailor her work to suit your needs. personal dignity is considered throughout. as an accomplished sports person herself she has an in depth understanding of the psychology of the people she administers treatment to. i can highly recommend her services lesley

Leo is super welcoming and relaxing. i've had two massages now and feel amazing after them - for weeks after my first i didn't get a headache when i usually get them daily. a massage is also a lesson as leo is so knowledgeable and shares great insight and advice tailored to my needs and sent me links for things i can try at home. really great all round, would definitely recommend.
