Staff at this shop are very polite and helpful without being pushy. they listened to what i needed and presented me with various options. would highly recommend.
It would be nice them to ask me whether they should take off their shoes while deliverig. other than that the bed pieces came well covered. and it was easy to assemble
Great delivery team (andy and johnny) they went above and beyond during the delivery process even though it was a tough route to my desired location, they worked hard in order to complete this while being respectful of the property. thanks again!
Great service from start to finish! tracy in store (bury) was super knowledgeable and helpful. the delivery guys this morning 3/7/23 (sorry i forgot their names) were brilliant took their shoes off without being asked. looking forward to good night sleep.
First class service and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable you don’t buy a mattress every week but if we did we would go back to them every time thank you
