Ross was helpful in answering any of my questions (even if I thought they were silly) whilst answering them without jargon and in a way I would understood. I’m grateful for the lengths he went to to secure the right package for us in the market at the time and his knowledge surrounding this. I could not recommend Woodbury mortgages highly enough- I have already told fellow friends and family.

We found Ross to be very knowledgeable and helpful with our remortgage application. He shown tremendous flexibility to accommodate calls around our schedule some even after 8 pm. I was very happy with product recommendation as it was a better rate than the few I had seen on comparison websites. The turnaround time between the application and getting an offer was about 10 days which only shows how thorough he was with gathering all the info for application so that it saves follow up queries from the lender. Will be definitely using his services again for the next remortgage.
