First Steps Day Nursery & Pre-School

This is a superb nursery. the staff are very friendly and professional and the building is well maintained and clean. our little one loves coming once a week and he will definitely being doing his 15 hours a week there when he turns three.

My toddler who attends this nursery is on the autistic spectrum. i am extremely impressed with the way he is progressing with the support of the staff in particular his key worker. she is supporting and guiding my son way above what is required of her. she keeps him calm, focussed and allows him to participate according to his complex needs. she really is an absolute asset to this nursery as are all the staff. they are all very helpful and make me as a parent of an autistic child feel comfortable, relaxed and very grateful for the fantastic job that they do. i felt i had to post this to do justice to the work that takes place at this nursery. weldone.

My child has attended first steps nursery for the past 7 months having moved from another nursery near bye. it was hard to move our child but it has been great for his development. the transision was fantastic and the staff are very understanding and professional but at the same time offer that freindly reasurance to you as a parent. the nursery management team are very hands on and always around to deal with anything. a friendly family place which is welcoming as soon as you walk through the door!

Both my children currently attend first steps nursery. i moved both my children shortly after they opened and i could not be more happier. it was a hard decision to change nurseries but was worth while. the staff are great and very supportive of my children needs. the owners are very much aware of how it is being a parent and my eldest has grown up with there's children at the nursery. very pro active and always updating and modernising the nursery. excellent experience and very much worth a visit. you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.

All the staff are welcoming and responsive to my childs needs. he has multiple allergies and are always willing to support us in any way they can to make sure he is happy and comfortable. their communication is excellent, i am very reassured that he is content whilst he is in their care with constant updates via the app and photos which let me know what he is getting upto in the day. the whole team go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the childcare experience. i have looked at lots of other nurseries before choosing first steps day nursery and i am very happy with my choice.
