⁩Giving a deserved and sincerely earned 5 stars. Customer service is above any expectations you may have. Cost savings at this opticians is better than online glasses purchasing, although if online is how you purchase then they have that as well. I selected glasses online that I decided I didn't like when they arrived. They exchanged them without question. Reglazing of another set of glasses was complete in less than a day. The customer services representatives eat sleep and breath glasses and our passionate about helping people. Nothing is to much trouble. Glasses fit perfect. They do fit them for you, stopping nose sliding, falling off and crookedness etc. Regarding quality it's inlign with the best there is on the high st and online. Feels expensive without the big price tags. On a high street shop visit to this opticians there was no hard sell and they were thoughtfully helpful in selecting glasses. Thank you to the team at Bury, Manchester branch for your friendly and professional services. I highly recommend these opticians to anyone of any age.

I came away with a big smile and a happy warmth yesterday - not something I expected to feel walking out of the opticians! What an extraordinarily lovely bunch of people, they made me feel relaxed, understood (I was nervous as I hadn't had an eye test in over 40 years and felt so bad about it) and not judged one smidge. They were extremely efficient yet very down to earth, friendly and compassionate, which is a beautiful combination. I know it sounds a bit silly but it was a truly lovely and unique experience - the universe sends good auras in the most unexpected places! Specscart should be extremely proud of their special staff... OH P.S I came away with 2 pairs of glasses too (for long distance and reading) all done in the same morning...AMAZING BONUS!

Excellent service. First i went for eye test and after that I took my both children. Today we collected my son's glasses. 💙 They are so nice , service is quick and frames are so stylish. Absolutely perfect store and perfect team.

I visited the Walkden store . I had an eye test and I needed a new prescription. They were able to provide new bifocal lenses in a pair of my own glasses. The staff were friendly and efficient. They are all very professional and take time to get things right.There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the store. I wear hearing aids, so that was something else to be taken into account before final fitting measurements were made. My glasses were ready in two weeks . I was so pleased with them that I ordered a second pair with photosensitive lenses for driving and outdoor use. These also were ready in two weeks and are extremely effective. This store is a great asset to the world of those who need spectacles. Well worth a visit.
