I came into the store a few weeks ago. to see the price to change the lens in my sunglasses. they told me it would be £95 . so i was happy with that but came into the shop last week . i brought my sunglasses with me to get them change they said to me it cost £130. when i bought my sunglasses few years ago it didnt cost that. it cost me £115 for the frame and lens . taking my same frames with me to change my lens its cost me more than i first bought the sunglasses . i wouldnt mind the frames only been used for 2 weeks last year so the frames are like brand new

I cannot praise the exceptional service today from trudy and jennifer. they were so caring, friendly and professional. they went far beyond any service that i have ever received from an opticians. so thank you ladies and i will come to you for my prescription sunglasses soon.
Visited the store to look for a good quality pair of sunglasses. i was served by caroline who was brilliant. she was so patient with me as well as being very professional and helpful. after trying on many glasses and with carolines help i found the perfect pair.
