AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Lied to from Day 1 by Savas And Savage Ltd. They told me when I first contacted them about my accident that the claim would be worth circa £2500. I ended up with a paltry £1400 INCLUDING expenses, despite attending 6 physio sessions for my injuries. When I first complained about the settlement figure they obtained, I was told that the Director (Mr Savas Argirou) would contact me within 7 days. He didn't bother to contact me and ignored the request. Despite 2 further emails to the solicitor dealing with the case (Rebecca Addis) for Mr Argirou to contact myself - They were ignored aswell. They then withheld my settlement payment for 8 weeks with still no contact from Mr Argirou. I emailed him directly and outlined the fact that several SRA principles has been breached by himself and his employees and that if he didn't get in touch I would inform the SRA of this. Low and behold with the threat of SRA (and despite him being on annual leave) he contacted me within 3 HOURS and made arrangements to pay the pathetic settlement figure. They also promised my friend a referral bonus for recommending me to their company - they then reduced this figure by half when he chased them up for it. DO NOT consider using this firm for personal injury if you want honesty, integrity or for them to act in your best interests.
