Ollie's Pawfect Tails

Natalie is vey professional in every aspect of running her business, she is wonderful with bruno putting him at ease, because he is a bit of a wimp when it comes to having his haircut. he always comes out happy tail wagging and looking good.

Going to the groomers is not lola’s favourite trip out but natalie always greets us with a big smile and puts lola at ease. natalie always listens to what i want doing and lola always smells lovely… until her next walk!

Natalie is fab, myself and my sister take our dogs to be groomed by her. natalie is really patient, my 13 year cocker spaniel had the best treatment during the last years of his life. we now have stanley our cockerpoo puppy who natalie grooms, we are very happy, he comes home beautifully groomed.

I’ve been taking both my dogs to natalie for a few years now. natalie’s love of dogs is very evident and i feel really happy leaving my dogs with her. her grooming is excellent and both dogs come home looking and smelling beautiful. i have no hesitation in recommending natalie and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Baxter has been going to natalie for over five years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! baxter has issues with his legs and natalie has asked all the appropriate questions and put me at ease about him while he is in her care. when she receives him she makes a fuss of him, so he always goes to her with a happy wagging tail! she always asks how we want him cut and he always comes out looking very handsome and smelling amazing (not that it lasts with a springer!!)
