Justine is an excellent yoga teacher with considerable experience and knowledge. her sensitive approach when teaching enables everyone in the class to achieve, regardless of their experience and/or ability. i look forward to her yoga class every week and always leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed.
I've just finished my physiotherapy sessions with this company (bury clinic) and i can't praise them enough. i was having weekly sessions with lesley and she was amazing, a real credit to the company! they were extremely professional and friendly, had me in and out with no waiting or delays and always welcome you with a warm smile. lesley listened to my requests and dealt with the areas i was suffering with the most each time and i can't thank her enough for getting me back on the path to recovery much quicker than i thought. if i could give more than 5* i would 👍
I’ve been treated by jack and lesley and both are amazing. i had instant relief after my treatments and they provided easy and practical takeaways to improve symptoms and prevent reoccurrence. everyone at the practice is really friendly. highly recommend.
I first visited delta bury with shoulder trouble, which was quickly diagnosed and eased after a couple of sessions with lesley. following this, i started attending her pilates classes and can honestly say i’ve never met a better instructor. lesley tailors her classes for all ages and abilities, she is attentive without being pushy, and really helps you get the most of of the session. all the reception staff are professional and friendly, it is a welcoming and relaxing environment and i can highly recommend. thanks to all at delta.
I have been attending yoga classes with justine at the bury clinic since they began. unlike other classes where you may feel pressure to push yourself too far in an attempt to 'do it right', justine always provides alternative suggestions and emphasises the fact that it is your practice and you must only go as far as you feel able. she places great emphasis on the mindfulness and breathing aspects of yoga and how useful these are in our everyday lives. these classes have become an essential part of my life. i have also used other services at delta and have received the same friendly professional treatment throughout. fabulous place!
