We could not speak highly enough of JH. We dealt exclusively with the partners, Jo and Michael, initially seeking their advice on a letting being managed by another agent that had gone badly wrong. Their knowledge and advice on the lettings market, regulation and legal issues was faultless. We had used two other letting agents locally and JH were by far the best firm we have dealt with. When we came to put the property on the market, they again were marvellous. They guided us through a changing and difficult market place, always giving sound advice and and always taking the initiative. Couldn't recommend JH enough, they offered an excellent service from start to finish helping our house purchase go smoothly and allowing us to get the keys within just a few short weeks. They went out of their way to provide extra viewings and constantly kept us up to date with progress, we never had to chase or contact them for anything. We have recently sold a property with JH. Right from the outset, we were impressed with their positivity. Our property was marketed within a couple of days and we were receiving offers within a week. As a professional mortgage broker, I could sense they were not only engaged in obtaining an agreed offer, but were also looking to achieve the full asking price. They tied up an offer for the asking price within days. Right from the off - their communication was excellent and we were aware they were working hard in the background to progress the sale. They were always on hand to deal with any queries. The sales process had it's moments, valuation issues (reports required) some of which were gratefully managed by JH and a couple which we managed via our Management Company. The legal process was frustrating (I must add that this was the fault of our solicitor's) however Jo and Michael kept good communication links with our purchaser and their solicitors - the result being we all got there in the end. I have worked with many estate agents over the years (arranging mortgages for them) and would not hesitate in recommending their services to potential vendors and landlords. Recently purchased a property through JH and I could not speak highly enough of the service Johanne Michael and the team provided. They were absolutely amazing in keeping me updated ( often quicker than my solicitor did at times ) and whenever their was an issue they were there chasing them up and helping to resolve them.
