I received weekly updates (even daily when things got tricky) without having to ask and feel a burden. A step ahead of the competition when it comes to being shown around properties too. After finding what we thought was our forever home, unfortunately the seller pulled out (through no fault of Kristian Allan), even through those difficult conversations, I could no praise them more.

I have to say that Kristian Allan was the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. Sophie was incredible. She was on top of everything throughout the whole process. She dealt with both our sale and the purchase of our new home, and we were reassured the whole time. A pleasure to speak with, took fantastic photos, and responded very quickly. I can't thank the team at Kristian Allen highly enough in the way in which they dealt with our property sale. From the outset, they were professional and transparent, providing frequent update without having to be chased. The appointment platform is a really efficient way to keep sellers up-to-date with viewings and feedback. When an offer was accepted, the team, particularly Sophie who managed our account, were with us and supportive every step of the way, keeping us up-to-date of progress. There were some complications in what should have been a simple sale and Sophie was absolutely on the ball to see it through to a successful resolution. Highly recommend.
