Derek Smith & Co are very efficient and definitely on the ball. I’ve had to pull out of buying a house due to their findings and while it was disappointing and cost money it would have been even more expensive if I’d continued. I’ve used them to buy and sell four houses and each time they have been nothing but professional. I highly recommend them.
