My stepmother has used andy and petes alarm service for many years , and we have also used them at our business premises on several of our office units , always first class service and helpful advice, i would certainly use them again and highly recommend them for any alarm issues or upgrades . many thanks again - jack hamer & son ltd.

I would like to give massive thanks to andy from am-pm security who came to my home today and fixed my alarm system. he arrived on time,he was polite,professional and very friendly indeed. i honestly didnt think it could be fixed and there were many problems with it,however andy took it on as a major challenge.................and he passed with flying colours!! i was so pleased and the price he charged was very good indeed,in fact very very good! i will definatly recommened this great company to all my friends and family. today you were a godsend andy,many many thanks indeed. 5 stars for sure(wish i could give you more)

Contacted peter regarding an existing alarm fault. he kindly advised over the telephone and visited the next morning to resolve the issue and serviced and tested the alarm. great professional service. highly satisfied.

Didn't purchase or have an installation from this company but they were great help over the phone. gave me free advice on my alarm and even rang back later with more information. i will definitely consider using them in future if i need some work doing (or if i can't fix it!).

I contacted these guys at 2am in the morning as my house alarm wouldn’t stop, pete was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable talked me through the whole process at 2am 😳!!!! polite professional and further prioritised me by sending one of his team members around at 8am who was just as knowledgeable and polite as pete. thank you both very much i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others. 5 stars from me 👍🏼
