I have visited the store in Bury today as I needed to return a pair of my Grandson's shoes that had developed a fault, I was served by Amy who handled my issue brilliantly, she was clearly knowledgeable about what she was doing and expedited the transaction confidently, politely and efficiently. It is very easy to complain when you come across bad customer service but I feel it is equally important to acknowledge good service, having staff of this calibre in the store makes it stand out from the competition and makes it a pleasure to visit. Thankyou Amy.

It makes a change for a shop to sell wide fitting shoes. Love the shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Seems to carry some name brands at average prices, and then has range of unknown brands, at more competitive prices. Though I can't vouch for the quality of the latter. Was acknowledged by staff on entry and exit, which was refreshing!😎

Shoes at a decent price, last longer than most budget shops but not by much. I do alot of office based walking, and shoes last between 3-4months. To be honest Clarks and Shoon shoes don't last much better than that. Hence I get mine here as I can grab a years supply of shoes for the cost of a decent pair in the good shoe shops.
