Absolutely fantastic products and service. can’t fault stuart at all from the shop, his sales manner through to delivery, installation and after sales (not needed it yet but i’ve every confidence as he’s always been available on the phone). when i started researching a hot tub i was a bit put off by the prices everywhere but i found an article that recommended finding a dealer you like and then choosing the tub, as it’s the dealer you’ll be talking to and not the manufacturer. marquise spas is run by stu and kath as a family business - it’s in their interest to keep customers happy and they go out of their way to do this. i spoke to a jacuzzi dealer before stu and the difference between the two was like chalk and cheese. if you’re after a great quality hot tub and are willing to pay what a great tub costs, i wouldn’t go anywhere else - you won’t get the same level of personal service

Amazing service from kath and stuart. honest up front advice and professional delivery and setup. would recommend that you definitely include a visit to their showroom and ideally a try before you buy. as a first time buyer of a hot tub, we now know on reflection we made the right choice in visiting marquise spa and seeking their advise. very happy with our choice of tub and looking forward to many years of enjoying it.

Wow what a service! i have a marquis hot tub, and had a problem that needed sorting for it to work. i contacted kath and stuart in lancashire (my local supplier in yorkshire was not helpful) what a service, very trustworthy, amazing and very helpful, got the part ordered under warranty, and came out a day later on a sunday to fit it. a four hr round trip for stuart! fantastic service, couldn’t have been more helpful, polite, kept me up to speed and nothing was too much trouble, i ordered filters and they came too. stuart also replaced a bar hinge that needed replacing as we used it so much!. everything was left spotless. i can highly recommend kath and stuart at marquise spa in lancashire. fantastic, i’m over the moon. marquis spas are one of the best you can buy too. thank you both very much for everything. helen
