I don’t leave reviews usually for clothing shops and that may be because I’ve never actually needed more of a service than the usual pick choose and pay purchase However I just want everyone to know that Shae at JD sports in bury went out of his way and delivered an amazing customer service resolving an issue for me that to be honest most people would have gave up on. So just a big thank you to him for his effort it is greatly appreciated and an example for all

Store staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. #12 was on the ball and quite knowledgeable. She was kind and courteous at all times and proved a big help. The store is quite large with great parking immediately outside. Disabled entrance by automatic sliding main doors. They do have some great bargains. I also use this store to collect my online orders from.

New Store Layout is very nice feels more spacious and good new items in. Only thing to introduce is student discount in store as all other shoe brands allow it

Nice and quick collection of my online order. Huge variety and alot of sale items which are not available online. Clearance sale is worthy a look to choose from.
