I have rented a unit for over 10 years during which time i have recieved nothing but fantastic service from a fantastic team of people....highly recommended for short or long rents.
Used to store a lot of my mums belongings when she had to have a hospital bed installed in her studio flat. the facility itself was basic but suited for purpose however the staff were very helpful and understanding during what was a very difficult time. can be a bit difficult to park at weekends. they were very accomodating about returning the deposit to a different bank account due to circumstances beyond our control. happy to recommend them and use again if i need to.
Absolutely great experience. collected a whole house of belongings after a year storage and everything was perfect. very grateful for the organisation and help given to us. great price too. no hesitation whatsoever in recommending ela storage.
From start of hire to finish of hire the service was fantastic. i had the locker for nearly 2yrs and never had any problems with accessing it at anytime, night or day which was handy as i work some funky hours lol. i have already passed thier number to a friend of mine for if they need one 1 nxt month. i would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable priced storage unit with 24hr access at no extra cost like some other i looked.
My family recently used ela mill for 9 months. after ringing every storage option in bury it was clear gilleet and her team were head & shoulders above the others. the pricing was simple and straight forward, they accommodated us when we were busy packing & organising movers. their human approach was so welcome at a stressful time. the unit itself was clean, safe and easy to access with lots of equipment to help getting bigger things in and out. when it came time to give notice waiting for contracts / keys for the new place, again they were so good at communicating and made sure the storage unit was not the thing stressing us out. would recommend to anyone in the locality, thank you gilleet & team 👍🏻
