TUI Holiday Store

Booking your first family holiday can be very overwhelming. I had spent hours online looking at various travel websites and reading reviews trying to decide where was best for my young family. In the end I decided to go into store and seek a little help. Ryan was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! He went above and beyond from the minute we sat at his desk and after 45 minutes of talking, answering questions and destination surfing he’d helped us book a perfect holiday.Thank you ever so much Ryan for all your help, we’ll certainly be visiting you again to book our next adventure!

I came in this store today and the staff are so helpful and friendly. They found me the perfect holiday at an amazing price. They kept my daughter entertained by giving her colours and stamps to play with and really entertained her. The staff knew all about the holidays I had been looking at and had great information on them all. Nicola helped me find the perfect one and booked it all with ease for me .

Feeling stressed booking a holiday Danielle took over and made it so easy. She listened to what the kids and I wanted from our holiday and found the perfect package that suited us and our budget. She was extremely patient and even spent time showing the kids lots of photos and videos. Would highly recommend Danielle for any help needed for booking a holiday. I will definitely go back to her and this store in the future.

I was attended to by Molly who booked my holiday over the phone. She was such a friendly girl and made the booking process seem easy. I would recommend the Bury store as I have not had any problems with the quality of service or the friendliness of the staff. They are a credit to the company. Thank you for all your help Molly.

Cannot recommend the Bury store enough, we have been using this branch for over 20 years. All staff are super friendly, helpful and go out of the way to accommodate all requests. We got married this year and did all through TUI, this was the best experience, everything was just perfect. Needless to say we have already booked our holiday for 2024
