La Turka Bistro Rawtenstall

I had a meal with my family Saturday just gone. I had a mixed sizzler and my mum had prawn linguine … my sister had spinach chicken. I have to say I had never had a mixed sizzler like this before it was amazing the flavours were out of this world Highly recommended for anyone visiting you will not find a sizzler like this anywhere else! The pasta dish my mum had was creamy and delicious also highly recommended the sauce for the spinach chicken the cream was so tasty and it complimented the chicken so well really brought the dish to life . I will be back this Saturday to try another dish similar to the ones we had last Saturday and to compliment the chef as his food was amazing!

Food was delicious and lots to choose from. Very friendly service and they even let my son choose from the breakfast menu at lunchtime (he's a picky eater)

Three stars isn’t a true reflection of La Turka as a whole, however we visited on a Saturday night and our table for two wasn’t great. Our table was in the window which would have been ok but for the ashtray on the wall outside were people stood and smoked. It made us uncomfortable. The noise in the restaurant was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak, everyone seemed to be shouting over one another! It was manic. I believe this place has a better atmosphere in the afternoons or nights were it isn’t crazy busy. All that being said the staff were fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We had a starter each, both were lovely. The main courses were ok. It’s not the cheapest place to eat in the town but it’s a nice alternative.

Amazing food, lovely place, great service and reasonable prices. Been twice and has the sharing platter both times. All the meats are tender and perfectly cooked. If you haven't been yet, go, you won't be disappointed.
