I brought my 1 year old pup to armac vets (the rock location) after she had fallen ill with parvovirus, and i absolutely can't fault anything they did. they were absolutely amazing from the very beginning. we called at 8:30pm and had an appointment for 9:15pm the same night. they were very swift and made sure pepper got the right care straight away! they took amazing care of pepper, she is a very nervous pup and everybody handled her absolutely brilliantly, to the point where pepper actually loved being with one of the staff members (mel). she started singing and gave a little bum wiggle whenever mel walked into the room 😂 mel is absolutely lovely and you can tell she really loves her job! she was so kind, caring and did sooo well comforting pepper (and myself whilst i was all worked up). i can't thank all of the staff at armac vets enough! everyone listened to any concerns/questions i had and reassured me completely! i fully trusted them with pepper and i'm so happy to have her home and well! thank you to everybody at armac vets, and a special thank you to mel and zoe!! 🐾💚
My daughter and husband visited the practice yesterday afternoon with our cat. we normally go to another vets but we were turned away. the vet at armac triaged the cat and then gave us the options, and my daughter made the difficult decision to have the cat put to sleep. the vet was so supportive and kind and told my daughter it was the right decision. it was a very difficult and upsetting day for my daughter (and my husband) and the vet really helped her. i appreciate that the staff probably deal with this on a daily basis, but i know my daughter will always remember the kindness and support shown to her yesterday i would highly recommend armac bury
We took our dog here when he stole a rock cake with raisins off the side. we were out of town so we weren't registered here. however they saw us with no issues, the vet on duty was really lovely and she gave us really good, sensible advice which outlined everything to us really clearly. then she gave us lots of time to think through the best options. the vet nurse who took care of our dog whilst he was throwing up the rock cake, remembered us and our dog when we came back for follow up blood tests and was so caring and knowledble also. and the lady on the reception was so calm and patient and helped us with our insurance claim which made everything so much easier. it was obviously a scary and stressful time and it was made much easier by all the staff members we saw and how gentle they were with our nervous dog. huge thanks to them.
