Evolve Hot Yoga

Some brilliant instructors here at evolve, in particular laura b, her classes are always so welcoming, she gets the balance just right between a good work out and relaxation! love coming here....thanks for the yoga!

I really loved the sunday class with laura b. she has a lovely manner when teaching and i came out feeling amazing. it's a very friendly yoga class and i didn't feel intimidated going alone. i just wish it was a bit closer!

My 1st ever experience of the yoga. blown away by the physical and mental benefits. i'm disabled but was made to feel welcome and included. can't wait to start my hot yoga journey and hopefully things will work out for me in the long run and i can finally improve my core

What a great yoga studio!! it's such a great space and everyone is very welcoming! siobhan is a fabulous yoga teacher and i thoroughly enjoyed her challenging class! i would definitely recommend both evolve and siobhan. thank you!

I've had 3 sessions here now and it's great - i've tried flow (a little too difficult for me for now) and chill with mike. i find the chill session really suits me, mike likes to work on your breathing a lot and you have plenty of time to move into the positions. the building is nice, it's got showers (if you're going anywhere afterwards you're gonna need one, it's hot in there!). first session was free then i got a block of 8 in 4 weeks for £35...i'd recommend giving it a go if you want to work on your flexibility.
