Michelle offers a peaceful and relaxing session that is also physically challenging and encourages you to make progress. her explanations of how to improve posture and technique are very insightful. at times it was like she was in my head- she knew what both my mind and my body were thinking! to top it all off, she is a lovely person who is extremely welcoming, has a delightful energy and a warm, friendly smile. if you're looking to gain some expert yoga tuition, the yoga studio will not disappoint.

Michelle is an exceptional yoga teacher, i have been practicing yoga with her for 4 years now. the studio is a beautiful, intimate calm space. each class is different and works with all levels. i would highly recommend you attend a class here, you'll love it! x

Started yoga with michelle about 3 months ago - i was a beginner but the classes are very inclusive so i've been able to pick it up at my own pace. absolutely love this class and feel the benefits already. if i could do 5 evenings a week i would! michelle is an amazing instructor, very warm and welcoming to everyone who attends her classes. if you haven't tried yoga before - get along to this class... you won't regret it! ✌🏼
