Mind and body aims for customers feel as at home and at peace as possible with great quality food and professional service, owners/waitresses are lovely as well as the food
A friendly welcome guaranteed with relaxed and informative classes so you come away feeling refreshed, but always having learnt something new. sessions are led by educated and informed teachers with a passion for sharing their knowledge. there is a great variety of classes and workshops on offer, so there's something for everyone and i cannot recommend mind and body highly enough.
I was really impressed with the business set up. on arrival i was greeted with a lot of warmth and care and most definitely will be using there services again
Bury has a lot of pie shops and bakeries! as someone looking for vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free food, i found zen plant food cafe at the mind and body natural health centre in bolton street (opposite the railway museum) has a great cafe with a choice of fresh home-cooked soups, vegan scones, juices etc, tucked back from the main road. i am dealing with some food allergies and the owner was very helpful in working out what i could eat from her menu of healthy vegetarian/vegan food. the café also has some interesting herbal teas with health benefits. you can choose from a little gem of an outdoor garden, a covered outdoor space or a cosy indoor space with comfy sofas. there's books, products and gifts you can buy along a healing/esoteric/spiritual theme. they also do yoga classes (at the moment some are online), yoga teacher training and (i think) treatments there. the whole place has a lovely, welcoming vibe and the hospitality of the owner shines through. a true alternative to the standard soulless costa/starbucks cafés.
