I have worked with Dragon for a number of years and they have been excellent throughout. The quality of their work has been second to none and their support service probably one of the best in the UK.
Disappointing customer service. Requested a quote for air conditioning fitted in home and assumed they would come to property to quote. They asked me the length of pipe I would need (didn’t explain what the pipe was for or where it was going to/from. I’m not trained to fit air conditioning so had no idea what they were referring to), then they told me the information was ‘too sketchy’ and said it would be ‘out of my price range’ - despite having no idea of my price range. Refused to give quote before turning down my custom. I instead went to Cool Solutions based in Cardiff who fitted air conditioning over the weekend at a time to suit me and for a fantastic price.
