Booked air conditioning re gas online then drove to the centre 14 miles away a few days later to be told that they machine is broken and the assistant had great pleasure in telling us that they cannot carry this work out. Then asked for a refund to be told just ring customer service they will sort it.We need to wait 5 days for a refund now but they were quick enough taking the money straight away when booking knowing they cannot carry the work out poor service and we will not be using them again.

I’ve used Kwikfit Caerphilly a couple of times, they’re always very reliable, never rip you off and always go the extra mile to do whatever they can to help.

A good welcome on arrival and kept informed of the progress of the work on my car. A nice clean and warm waiting area.and the price I paid for a named battery was the most competitive.

Efficient service, my appointment was at 9am and my car was put on the ramp as soon as I arrived. Tyres were ready and fitted within half an hour.
