I am really impressed with BikeShredz. I took my wife's e -bike there as she was having problems with the rear hydraulic brake. The bike had been to another company, where she bought the bike from at least three times to try and get the problem sorted out, they also kept the bike for several weeks each time. The chap at BikeShredz soon diagnosed the problem and sorted the brake out. New caliper, hose and all the fittings. All done in two days. The price was much lower than I expected, so that was an added bonus for me. I will in future be taking my bikes to BikeShrez when they need servicing/ repair. Many thanks to the guys at BikeShredz, first class service.

These two legends go above and beyond for customer service! Honestly nothing is too much effort. I’ve bought 3 bikes from here and several accessories over the last 3 years. And also had some work done to some of my bikes. Work is top notch and done quickly. If somethings not in stock they’ll source it usually for next day (or2) delivery. Proper bike enthusiasts and overall top guys. Large selection of Marin bikes for all styles.

Visited this shop several years ago while looking for some help with a bike I purchased. Nick and Andy were so knowledgeable and approachable. Their expertise in helping with the issues I had were second to none. Now several years later, I class these guys as true friends. Honest, trustworthy, and always willing to go the extra yards to help people. It’s rare these days to find someone who is willing to help, and is not willing to scam and rip people off. Nick and Andy are two such guys. Speak to them with respect and you’ll make great friends with them. Cannot fault them in anyway. I’d recommend them to anyone whether it’s purchasing a new bike, or having your existing bike repaired.

Couldn't fault the service or advice after snapping spokes on my Marin Alpine E2. Quick turn around and at a good price too. Plenty of knowledge on the E2 so eased my worries.
