Brilliant experience with this garage! First time I’ve used them for my MOT and the process & service was great. Booked the appointment on “BookMyGarage,” the garage phoned me to confirm the time, took it in, lovely service, completed in great time, an area for me to sit & wait. Will be using them again - thank you!

Brake pad warning light came on and took it into Caerphilly MOT centre and they identified the fault and replaced rear pads the same day. They gave honest and professional advice on state of other pads and discs and only done the work needed. Very honest and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Great price compared to Mercedes dealer who I couldn’t reach on the phone anyway.

Highly recommend this place. The booking process was easy with no upfront payment - just a follow up phone call to check some details. On the day the guy I spoke to at the desk was really friendly and I made a point of telling my partner how nice they were. My car was ready to be picked up within 1 hour 30 mins which I thought was amazing for an MOT. Different gentleman on collection and he was just as friendly as the first guy. Will forever return here with our vehicles as the service was brilliant.
