I was a little concerned as I had notification for delivery for the following day and was not going to be available. I emailed in and a friendly, helpful, polite and most impressively personal response from an actual person named Paul. How I miss people in a world of I.T. And bot communication. I had a reply early the following day and ensured it would arrive before 10.15. It had arrived by 9.30. A little personal service alongside a good experience is a rare commodity indeed.
