Dale Electrical Services

Dale and his team recently installed a ev charger for us. he came out within 24hrs to provide a quote and completed the work at short notice. the job was complex needing ground works which other companies had turned down. this was not a problem for dale. all work done was of high quality. after completing the work he has been quick to respond when i had a query. i would highly recommend him and his team.

I called dale in an emergency when our boiler stopped working, appearing to have no power to the controller or the boiler itself. i left a message, to which he responded within about 10 minutes, and he turned up within another three! (to be fair, he was around the corner finishing off another job, but it was still remarkable service!) he investigated and diagnosed the problem very quickly and had rectified the issue in around twenty minutes. i’m really very impressed, and very grateful that he has rescued our christmas!

We have recently purchased a house and requested for dale electrical services to come out and take a look to make sure everything was in working order. they fitted a new fuse box as it was required, checked through our lighting and were able to tell us which lights were earthed and changed the fittings to safe plastic fittings on the ones that weren't (which saved us a lot of money on a full rewire). they fitted 2 wired in smoke detectors and also had a look at our shower as we found it wasn't working after we moved in. the 2 lads who done the work were absolutely fab, very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail as they went along. as a plus they also cleaned up behind themselves and put everything back in working order (we couldn't tell that they lifted the floorboards in the spare room to fit the smoke detectors and they even hoovered our stairs!). i highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all our electrical work in future.

Really pleased with the services provided by dale and his team. very professional, explained the issues and how to fix, has been responsive and on time when requesting services. will definitely be using for all our future electrical jobs!

Dale fitted a smart extractor fan in my en-suite which i’d been meaning to sort for ages and also found the time to fit an outdoor socket in the back garden even though we only asked when he was on site. great service and great value 👌🏼
