Chris was incredible. He came promptly and helped me assess what work needed to be done to bring a new house purchase up to a good standard. The previous owner had caused some issues and Chris helped me identify exactly what needed to be done, and what would be of limited value. I was a bit of a pain, always finding more bits, which made it difficult to quote, but Chris kept to his estimates so I never paid more than I was planning for. His work was excellent, and I'll be going back to him for future work.

Chris came out to change a light fixture and quote for installing new plug sockets throughout the home. He was incredibly friendly, reliable, and gave us a fantastic quote. I genuinely felt like Chris was there to give us the best price, and feel confident that he did so. I'd highly recommend him!

I bought a Akaylay Ceiling Light, and the description was that "No electrician required. Follow our installation guide for a quick and easy set up, It only takes a few minutes". The actual instructions were "Install the lamp chassis on the ceiling with three expansion screws. Screw the lampshade to the lamp clockwise." I soon realised that the instructions were completely useless and that I really did need an electrician. I rang Chris in the morning and he completed the job that same morning. Excellent job. I would highly recommend Alpha Ohmega.

Called and spoke to Chris who promptly attended my tenanted flat in Cardiff as I am the owner/landlord and live in Kent. Initially contacted due to excellent reviews on trust a trader and was not disappointed. Chris attended the flat quickly on the agreed day after liaising with my tenant and whilst at the flat he phoned me to advise of the issues and how to rectify. Later provided a quotation after sourcing a replacement cooker hood/lights and these were ordered. Received and installed efficiently and tenant commented on how neat and tidy he was. Communication throughout the process was excellent and importantly transparent and price paid was reasonable and fair. Nice to be able to rely on a professIonal trades person to do as they say and complete a the job well when I live so far away. Would highly recommend
