I have bought and rented through aktons and they are hands down the best estate agents that i have dealt with. aqual and his team are all very helpful and professional and very quick to repsond to any queries that i may have had. would highly recommend their service.

Where do i start? well, let me begin with the words 1st class, friendly, totally professional and informative. i chose aktons estate agents ahead of others in the field on a recommendation and i wasn't disappointed. not only did they sell my property (very quickly) but i also purchased my new property from them and will be using their quality rental services in the very near future. aqual, yasmin (sales) and jo (lettings) are quality people who make you feel at ease, keep customers updated throughout the process and deliver on their commitments to their clients. highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with aktons estate agency in caerphilly on two occasions in the past 3 years, firstly renting out my property and then this week selling my property. all the staff have been amazing, they made one of the most difficult times of my life much easier. i decided to use the team at aktons to sell my property as i had received outstanding service from them when i rented out a previous property. nothing was to much to ask, they always answered any questions , got back to me straight away and dealt with both my rental and sale very professionally but with that extra personal touch. i really did feel as if nothing i asked was too much trouble. i can not praise this company enough and would highly recommend them. thank you aqual, yasmin and jo for all your help and support . perfect !

Although we didn’t end up renting a property with aktons, the team (especially natasha) were fantastic and kept us updated with what was happening with each property we viewed and were extremely transparent about others viewing properties. if we are to look again in the future, these will be the first people i call.
