Mel did a superb job selling our property and being a point contact when solicitors were dragging their heels. i couldn’t recommend enough when looking to sell your property
Mel was incredibly helpful throughout the prosses of purchasing my home. she was always friendly and would continuously keep me informed on everything i would need to know about the sale process so that i was never in the dark.
Mel has been an amazing help over the last few months in our search for a rental home for a family from ukraine. she liaised with the landlord on our behalf, gave advice on what we needed to do and eventually was successful in helping them finally get the keys to a place they can call their own home. after so many turn downs and dead end enquiries with other agents, mel helped us to find the light at the end of what was beginning to be a very long and dark tunnel. we can’t thank you enough and although i have no plans to move house any time soon, i would absolutely recommend mel to anyone and everyone that will listen.
