Mel has been an amazing help over the last few months in our search for a rental home for a family from Ukraine. She liaised with the landlord on our behalf, gave advice on what we needed to do and eventually was successful in helping them finally get the keys to a place they can call their own home. After so many turn downs and dead end enquiries with other agents, Mel helped us to find the light at the end of what was beginning to be a very long and dark tunnel.
