Wow. I had the beef birria bun at Newport Food Market. Fried mozzarella and loads of unbelievable shredded beef in a brioche bun. SO good 🤤 Loved the little pot of extra gravy/meat juice and the chilli sauce too! and the pickled onions were a great touch as well. Staff looked like they were really into it and it definitely showed in the quality of this dish. Bravo you lot. 5 stars 👌🏼👏🏼🌟

Absolutely incredible food. Some of the best BBQ I've had in the UK, incredible bacon cheeseburger and the most amazing side dishes. Corn Ribs and Mac & Cheese are must orders.
