Everything from start to end was dealt with with great compassion and dignity. I phoned other funeral homes and I was made to feel it was all about the cost and not the needs of the family. Williams & Co made me feel at ease at such a sad time.

Your professionalism and respect combined with the care and compassion that you showed made the whole experience of dealing with the death of a loved one so much easier. Adrian, Siân and the team at Williams & Co. have been absolutely wonderful. They were very respectful to my mother and kind and caring to me. At the funeral service they were dignified. I was especially impressed by the flowers provided by Woolleys of Blackwood. Ray Williams’ business is in very safe hands. Thank you all very much.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Adrian, Sian and all the team at Williams & co .. let’s not forget Adrian’s mam (lovely cup of coffee she makes). Personally I haven’t had to use you all yet . I’ve been there to support 2 very closed friends over the past couple of months. From start to finish you have all been amazing. The compassion and respect you all have is outstanding instantly put the families at ease. Nothing is to much trouble for any of you. I was with a close friend recently when Adrian’s team come to collect them from home and soon as they walked through the door wow Adrian them boys are a credit to you and your company.
