A really great deal and in shop experience..was fun and interesting using the in-store sleep posture testing machine and steve supplied a great welcome cup of tea. alun was very professional and i highly recommend a visit to the store to purchase your bed or mattress as there is a wide variety to choose from..

The service i received from tracey exemplary, the whole experience was outstanding. this was followed by equally followed by that provided by customer services. if only other companies could match this experience.

A friendly welcome, steve listened to all ‘requirements’ for my new bed. a good balance of attentiveness and ‘leaving alone’ to decide and a seamless transfer to (derry?) who was equally professional.

My husband and i visited the dream bed store in caerphilly wed and on entering the store was greeted by tracey giving us a. lovely warm welcome asking how she could help us has we was looking to buy a new bed and she took over to the bed match took us through step by step on the bed match journey explaining every thing absolutely wonderful she was asking if we would like cuppa tea or coffee whilst we were selecting our bed she explain which mattress was most suitable for us has we both had disability we selected new mattress also bed frame head board she helped even with new duet and mattress cover she is very efficient indeed has there is so much to choose from we were spoilt for choice privilege to shop in caerphilly store with such wonderful staff tracey is a wonderful asset to your store nothing was to much trouble for her and would like to thank her very much indeed from two very satisfied customer,s

I took my 82 year old mother to dreams caerphilly yesterday to look for a new mattress. we were greeted by tracey. if only every shop had a tracey. she was absolutely wonderful in every aspect of our mattress choosing experience. she explained the process and the advantage of the sleep match bed in store. asked my mam about her preferences and what she was looking for and proceeded to show us the ones she thought would be suitable. nothing was too much trouble and she was very attentive to my elderly/ disabled mother. now i know people might think well that’s what they all do, but it was the way in which she put my mam at ease with such professionalism - a thing that is sadly lacking in our retail sector these days. we couldn’t thank her enough. she made, what i thought was going to be a difficult exercise, an enjoyable, relaxed and successful experience. this sales assistant is an asset to your store. many many thanks.
