FW Homestores Caerphilly

THE furniture shop to go to. This was my first visit to FW Homestores, and to be honest, it was a pleasure. Martyn, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative. He didn't try and sell me any particular product, and there was no pressure. He answered all my questions and queries honestly and open. If anyone is in the market for furniture, this is the store to go to, not just for a good deal on good products, but for a personal service from a family run independent business. Robert Bruton

Paul at the Caerphilly Store was very helpful and not pushy but knowledgeable. Sofa and chairs were delivered on time and Mark and Rory were very helpful. Put sofa and chairs where I asked them. Showed me how everything was put together. Would recommend this store as everything was painless and on time.

My new chairs have arrived this morning . I am thrilled with them. So easy to put together.Thanks Martin from the Caerphilly Store for being so understanding when l changed mind about the colour.They look great in my room .

Bought a mechanical bed last week and was assured that the £49 delivery would include assembly! I was then told by delivery man that they never assemble and that customers are often misinformed. Also delivery slot is a 9 hour window! Surely there is a way of narrowing this down!
