Excellent gym. PT's are all extremely knowledgeable and always help with advice and encouragement. No ego's in the gym either, everyone is friendly. Wide range of classes and equipment is first rate. Highly recommended.

Great gym, great staff, Good equipment, only thing, there isn't enough staff, I went in with my dad not so long ago for him to get a day pass and stood there for 15-20 mins and nobody came but otherwise a great gym!
