Absolutely love this gym, super friendly staff and great advice to get you motivated. the new machines are fun to use and not only are you excercing your muscles, but also that grey matter by keeping up with those yellow dots.

After trying many gyms finally found one that ticks all the boxes. the staff are without question just simply amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. the equipment is state of the art and the classes are hard work but loads of fun. you can not go wrong with quickstep fitness x

This gym is absolutely amazing. the e-gym equipment they use gives real results and is so much fun to use - it keeps me focused and motivated every time, and the online app tracks your progress and supports you in increasing your overall fitness and reaching your goals. the pts are so friendly and so knowledgeable- they make every session worthwhile and run a great variety of classes to suit all interests and abilities. there is always a great atmosphere there and i've made some good friends. if you are looking to try a great gym give this one a go - you won't regret it.
