What a lovely little japanese restaurant with a kind funny owner! the food was fresh and delicious and such a food price! that filled two of us up just a little too much and food at the restaurant came to only £45 for us both. the sushi was so good that i ordered a takeaway box for £28.50 too!! i urge you to try it yourself and i will be back to try the rest of the menu! thanks so much. had a lovely birthday lunch today xx
The most delicious japanese food right in cardiff! such a sweet little restaurant and we were waited on by a lovely lady. the food was delicious and we need to make more visits to try the whole menu! it's a bit out of the centre but there's parking in the street behind and it's well worth the trip. booking advisable as there's only a few tables. highly recommend the duck sushi and the tonkotsu ramen 🤤absolutely wonderful experience and i can't wait to return. thank you! 🍜
A truly wonderful experience. the food was sensational and you can taste the love and care that is put into making it. both the chef and hostess are generally lovely people. it was an honour to dine here. we were a group of 4, celebrating my daughters birthday. the hostess made it very special and truly memorable. we will be back as soon as we can. thank you.
Had a lovely time at this new restaurant, it’s a small venue so recommend booking it advance. we didn’t have any problems getting a seat during our visit, but will book in future. highly recommend paying a visit, the food did not disappoint, it was fresh, especially the sashimi and i would rate the food as one of the best in cardiff. the attention to detail and pride in presentation has not gone unnoticed and the taste match how well it looked. staff was very friendly and thank you for a lovely evening. will definitely be returning.
We didn't booked so we arrived early for a early dinner at around 5:30pm. we managed to secure a seat before those reserved arrived. the service is 5 star. the food is real genuine japanese style (been to japan for 10+ times so i can tell), not those made up, "japan-inspired" stuff you would normally found in the uk. highly recommend for those who miss japanese sushi and unagi rice. the price is very good too. 正宗日本菜，最緊要好抵食，高質！
