Amazing service from Neil at Celtic Gold today. I popped in to see if my engagement ring could be re sized and how long it would take. I was expecting it to be a couple of days but it was done within an hour. I was blown away by the quick turnaround and how amazing the ring looked when I picked it up, it was polished to perfection. Just had one if not the best customer service experiences ever at this shop. Colin was so pleasant and very helpful. Looking for an enlargement done on a wedding ring popped in to see if he could do it. And within a Wetherspoons breakfast later all done and the ring looked like the day I had bought it. Fantastic job amazing service.

Went in to give my engagement ring a bit of tlc. Incredible price for a good clean, polish and rhodium dip. They were not joking when they told me it would look better than the day my husband proposed. Very happy with the quick and friendly service and even more thrilled with the result.
