I have been visiting Deirdre at Nurturing Therapies on and off for around ten years for both reflexology and massage. Deirdre is an exceptional therapist and she has helped me manage different tough times through my life, from post natal depression to menopause symptoms of anxiety and sleeplessness. I can't tell you how much the reflexology and massage sessions have helped me, and I always leave easch session feeling relaxed and contented. Deirdre is highly professional and has a calm and caring manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for reflexology or massage for either a specific problem or general wellbeing.
