Friendly staff who are very helpful, nice choice of beds and matresses . I ordered a bed and 4 mattresses. I had to ask them to hold onto the items for another 5 days after the original delivery date as we weren't ready to move into our house and they agreed without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the firm ND will definitely use them again

Dan was really helpful and accommodating, storing our bed until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was prompt once we’d organised a date, arriving on time and delivered directly to the bedroom. This is my second purchase from Bed Store Direct. Both Dan and Fran are very genuine and will help with any queries or questions you may have. The first purchase, on arrival after visiting a few other places whereby I was left feeling overwhelmed I was grateful for the no pressure advice. It was then lovely to be able to be left alone to walk around the show room and approach the staff as and when they were needed. On this occasion I bought an ottoman bedbase which I was not entirely sure about until I went to Bed Store Direct. The quality of the base is much thicker than what was seen in other stores, so was the gas pistons on this particular model which make it easier to lift, quality of frame is really good and very sturdy. Textile is lovely, Pleased with the quality and the PRICE!! Yes there was a large price difference too! But unfortunately the sleep issue wasn't resolved there A little while later I decided to buy another mattress so obviously having such a fabulous service all round last time, I went straight to Bed Store Direct. Why? previously I was quoted over 2k for a mattress in a well known store and I was not convinced it was the right choice for me. I spoke to Fran and had excellent advice yet again, even swayed me from a higher priced mattress because she knew it would not suit my needs! Now that is looking after the customer and not the till! My new mattress is good quality and very comfortable, I am really pleased with it and of course the service provided by this family run company. I Highly recommend Bed Store Direct.. you've tried the rest now try the best...

Excellent beds, the best that we have ever owned, we bought 3 ottoman style divan beds with headboards and mattresses from Dan at Bed store direct for our new home. Dan gave us a great deal and delivered our beds promptly, he even carried them up to the bedrooms for us and put them together. Overall Dan at Bed store direct provided us with great beds at a great price and provided us with a tremendous service.
