We sold our home and purchased another with Devonalds acting as our solicitors. Whilst the sale of our own property was smooth, the purchase of our new home was full of issues and delays (none of which we're Devonalds fault), as the vendor's own solicitors we're moving very slowly and the house we were purchasing was somewhat unusual and came with some unusual quirks that needed to be resolved before we completed. Despite this, Luke and his team at Devonalds went above and beyond to try to keep the ball rolling on our purchase, speaking with both the vendor's solicitor and estate agent to get answers to outstanding queries and push for a completion date that was sooner, rather than later. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Devonalds again in future.
