We sold our home and purchased another with Devonalds acting as our solicitors. Whilst the sale of our own property was smooth, the purchase of our new home was full of issues and delays (none of which we're Devonalds fault), as the vendor's own solicitors we're moving very slowly and the house we were purchasing was somewhat unusual and came with some unusual quirks that needed to be resolved before we completed. Despite this, Luke and his team at Devonalds went above and beyond to try to keep the ball rolling on our purchase, speaking with both the vendor's solicitor and estate agent to get answers to outstanding queries and push for a completion date that was sooner, rather than later. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Devonalds again in future.

Not very customer focused. I Phoned to query about purchasing a house and if this is something they offer their service, the lady on the phone told me to email them, and I mentioned I am more comfortable speaking on the phone or having a face-to-face chat. But she then replied . “ oh ok, thanks for calling, bye.”

Sara Edwards and her team have been amazing. Sara has answered any questions we had within minutes and did everything she could to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Sara and her team and will definitely be using them again.

Luke was helpful and approachable in navigating the purchase of our new home. As with any purchase the process wasn't always smooth, but Luke helped to ensure it progressed as agreed. Luke, thanks so much for your help, we're really happy in our new house 😊
