It never becomes easy asking for help when you have learning difficulties particularly as an adult, l was i the shop last week and explained i had a problem with my phone and if someone could help, i was served by a guy called joel and he couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. i hope the company appreciates really good staff and rewards them accordingly, thank you k bowen-lewis
