Just had an eye appointment this afternoon, I don't think the chair was even warm by the end as the staff were so efficient (especially so with covid restrictions on top of everything). Friendly staff, clean facilities, I'll be coming back here for my future eye appointments for sure.

I had a great experience at the Eye Contact Opticians. There was no pressure to buy glasses as my sight hadn't changed. However I needed a new pair as my current glasses were loose. They offered to adjust the old ones for free, which I might add, were not bought from the Eye Contact Centre. But I really wanted new ones, so the staff were very helpful in finding a new pair that suited me. Added to this the pair I chose meant I got an extra pair for free. A great service from a lovely team and would definitely recommend this Opticians.

Normally I get anxiety and nervous about my appointments at any opticians but I have to say the experience I had here was the best ever, I’ve never been made to feel this comfortable and relaxed ever.when my eye test is due my nerves normally get the better of me and I cancel most times when it’s that time of year again but I have to say the customer care service is outstanding .Your made to feel relaxed as soon as you enter through the door , you get offered expert help and advice .When you have to pick your frames which is highly stressful when your so indecisive like myself. I will be coming back again and next time I’m treating myself to Ray Ban sunglasses see you soon and keep up the good work.Highly recommend everyone to go here it’s the best .

Referred here Saturday 10 June as NHS emergency as my own optician had no appointments. A huge thank you to receptionist and optician for a first class friendly service - very much appreciated. Had full eye examination with dilating drops, diagnosis was harmless but huge eye floater, even had my glasses fixed! A big thank you 🙏
