Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Caerphilly

Had an appointment with Caerphilly branch this morning. I must commend Alice for her Proffesional, patient, & knowledgeable way she delt with my eye problem. Really good experience, as I am not the best patient. Lol. Many thanks Alice for all your help in my ongoing treatment.

Great service, staff are always very welcoming and friendly, they give great advice and the customer service is excellent. Specsavers have always been my glasses specialist, I highly recommend them for quality service and great choices of frames, many great designer frames also.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen in a timely manner with my eye issue. The treatment advised has worked really well.

I was due to fly on holiday on the Monday. The Saturday before I developed a ear problem that urgently needed syringing. I contacted my local Caerphilly branch and explained how desperate I was for an appointment. They were able to accomodate me with a cancellation. I cannot thank Mike and Vicki enough for the kind and considerate attention I was given in such dire circumstances. Thank you Specsavers.

I was made to feel relaxed by Rachel. She explained thoroughly and clearly repeating information to help me understand. I felt I had been cared for. My glasses came quicker than expected. Rachel made me aware of changes so that made moving to a new pair of glasses less stressful. Would highly recommend *****
