DR Performance Physiotherapy

Dafydd has recently helped me with a shoulder injury which has been causing me pain for many weeks and at the time i wasn’t sure what was causing it. after a consultation dafydd has provided me with a generous amount of knowledge and a rehabilitation programme to help with future injury prevention. 2 weeks in and i’ve already noticed a massive improvement!! definitely recommend!!

As a competitive athlete, i can’t recommend dr performance physio enough. knowledge is phenomenal and knows exactly how to fix any injury. also gives great aftercare advice on preventing further injuries. 5 ⭐️

Terrific physio, dafydd is a consummate professional offering only the highest level of physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation. he worked wonders with my shoulder impingement, allowing me to return to training much quicker than i first expected. i cannot recommend him highly enough!

I was suffering with subacromial impingement for nearly 6 month's due to improper technique in the gym, which was causing sever pain and loss of sleep. i had been to the gp for advise but was only given tablet to relief the pain. was recommend dafydd by a close friend and i couldn't recommend someone anymore. he listened to my problems and diagnosed the issue within one session. i have been time two times after my initial session and with a structural workout plan to focus on my shoulder movement along with the two visits after for check ups, i have next to no pain in my shoulder. highly recommend - professional, informative and friendly.

After getting injured, i found it very tough finding a reliable, friendly and helpful physio until i met dafydd. he has provided excellent service; timely responses; and has reassured me throughout my recovery journey. i can now happily say that i have fully recovered from my ankle injury (torn ligaments) and i am back playing football. his service is top level and i would recommend him to anyone. *5 stars*
