Sonia's Plaice

Fantastic chippy been over 30 yrs since last went there, it was the best chippy then and a portion of chips was only 15p I know it has probably had many owners since then, but todays owners have done it justice 👍👍👍 The cod & chips was amazing freshly cooked tasted 😋 and the Irish sauce OMG 😲 was the best thing I tasted in years. If you in the area then this place is well worth a visit you won't be disappointed 😉 😋👍👍👍

Visited this chippy yesterday and what can I say I thoroughly enjoyed every bite I'm not from the area and a mobile worker so it can be hit and miss with chippys but this place was definitely a hit!! the food was second to none and the girls serving where fantastic I will be 100% visiting again there was one problem though my fish bites where to big and I was unable to move as fast as I was before my lunch so finished a little later than usual but wow!!! It was definitely worth it if you are in the area folks do not pass this place by without a visit I can guarantee u will not be disappointed.

When I go in to Sonia's Plaice to try something new I always get a very warm welcome. All the staff that I have seen are very polite, caring, well mannered ect. Sonia's plaice doesn't treat you as a customer, they treat you as family. 😃 They all have a sense of humour too! Plenty of friendly smiles as well 😍😉. The staff wrind each other up to which is hilarious & always makes me laugh when I'm in there ordering food. Sonia's Plaice have a brilliant selection of food so you won't get bored with just fish & chips. My daughter's (when they stay with me) enjoy Sonia's Plaice as much as I do! 😍. We enjoy going into Sonia's Plaice very much! Sonia's Plaice prices are excellent & the food is very yummy.
