Lovely salon with a friendly atmosphere. alex did my hair, i was very happy with the result and the colour was beautiful. she was very friendly and helpful and did exactly what i asked for. would highly recommend

Had my hair curled and pinned up, she used great products to make my hair look thick. for my daughters wedding . alex did it my hair is shoulders length very fine nightmare. to be fair she worked wonder's on it i loved it and had loads of compliments . wood definitely go back to her she was very nice and very good it stayed in all day. thank you alex.

Alex always checks what i want done in case i have changed my idea. she has helped me to decide on a new style that suits my naturally white hair. i have no hesitation in recommending her and the calm salon. she acts always with professionalism. the only critisism i have is that the water temperatures when washing hair could be more constant. p s the brow and nail treatments i have had in captiva are great too.

All the staff at captivia are amazing, especially alex. i have been having my hair done by alex for a while now and she always does an amazing job. she is always very welcoming and makes you feel so relaxed there. 10/10 would recommend booking in with alex

Went for a wedding hair and makeup trial as part of a package. very patient helpful staff, i didn't have a clue what makeup i wanted. really pleased with end result will definitely recommend 👌
